Managed agent infrastructure

Someone has to keep the harness running. Not you.

You pick the harness. We handle provisioning, monitoring, staged upgrades, backups, secrets, and the 3 a.m. restart.

Four isolated pod modules connected by routing lines to a single control point.

The harness is the easy part

Every harness in the lineup is something you could install yourself. The install is not the cost. Everything after it is.

A pod in cross-section: an operating shell wrapped in layers around a running core.

Uptime and on call

Health checks, automatic restarts, and a pager that goes to us. When your agent stops responding at midnight, you are not the one debugging it.

Upgrades that land safely

Harnesses move fast upstream. We stage each release against your configuration, watch it under real traffic, and keep rollback one command away.

State that survives restarts

Memory, traces, and configuration are backed up on a schedule and restorable to a point in time. A restart never costs you context.

Secrets and isolation

Credentials live in a managed store, scoped per deployment and rotatable without downtime. Every pod gets its own storage, network, and endpoints.

The lineup

Harnesses we run

Each one is software you could run yourself, operated by us on the same terms, whichever you pick.

A continuous unbroken process running above layers of accumulated state.

The agent that shows up for work

A long-running agent harness built around persistent employees. Hire one, give it tools and a personality, and it keeps working between conversations.

  • Persistent employees with durable memory across sessions
  • Personality and role configuration per employee
  • Timesheets and wellness checks for observability into agent activity
  • MCP tool access, scoped per employee
Identical units passing one at a time through a gate, carrying nothing between them.

Hermes

Available now

Fast, stateless, built to be called

A lean harness for agents that run on demand. Low cold-start, no session state to manage, and a clean surface for wiring into existing systems.

  • Per-request isolation with no shared state between runs
  • Low cold-start on managed infrastructure
A firm boundary drawn around a running core.

Open weights, managed the same way

An open-weights agent harness for teams that need the model itself to run under their own terms. Not launched yet: join the list to shape it.

  • Open-weights models with no third-party inference hop
  • Region-pinned deployment for data residency

The install takes an afternoon. The upkeep takes a person.

Someone on your team ends up owning the harness: watching it, upgrading it, restoring it, and carrying the pager. That person was hired to build your product, not to run someone else's runtime.

A staged upgrade advancing forward, with a path looping back to the previous version.

Three steps, then it is our problem

  1. Pick a harness

Choose from the lineup based on the shape of your work: persistent employees, per-request runs, open weights, or whatever we add next.

  2. We provision the pod

You get an isolated deployment with its own storage, secrets, and endpoints, configured to your requirements and handed over with access on day one.

  3. We keep it running

Monitoring, staged upgrades, backups, and incident response are ours from then on. You use the agent, read the traces, and ignore the pager.

Managed, not locked in

Can I leave and take it with me?

Yes. The harness is upstream software and the configuration is yours. We hand over an export of your deployment, state included, and you run it wherever.

Do you read my data and prompts?

Only when you ask us to debug something, and only for as long as that takes. Operating a pod does not require reading what runs through it.

What if upstream ships a breaking change?

We hold it in staging, run it against your configuration, and tell you what changed before it reaches you. If it breaks there, it never reaches you.
